Sergi & Associates, P.C., was founded in 1993 by attorney David Sergi in order to serve the needs of clients living in Central Texas. Since that time, the law firm has represented a wide variety of clients and added lawyers who work with one common purpose — to provide a quality, efficient work product that meets the highest innovative standards of practice while maintaining a collegial environment that encourages and fosters teamwork and motivation. The law firm of Sergi & Associates is housed in a renovated historic stone building in the heart of San Marcos, located one Mile from the new Hays County Government Center, and about 25 minutes from the Caldwell County, Comal County and Guadalupe County courthouses. Our recent renovations include state-of-the-art computing technologies, facilitating our attorneys’ effective use of case management software and secure remote access.

Having grown up and matured in San Marcos, our law firm has found its balance point, litigating and defending cases between Austin and San Antonio, along the I-35 corridor. As our law firm has grown, we have handled cases statewide but our heart remains in the I-35 Corridor
