Our Hospitality Franchise Section Litigation Section has extensive experience in litigating land-use restrictions, covenants, deed restrictions and untangling property transactions that were not negotiated with attorneys representing all parties.
Our Bankruptcy Law Section is able to assist clients prepare Single Asset Chapter 11 cases or consult with local attorneys who lack the experience necessary to properly package a hotel bankruptcy.
